We’re pleased to announce that Return To Gorée, the acclaimed film featuring Youssou N’Dour and Moncef Genoud, has won the 2008 Award for Best Documentary at the Pan African Film Festival in Los Angeles! For the 16th edition of the festival, 162 films were selected including 25 world premieres and 10 U.S. premieres representing 31 countries with 9 first-time filmmakers, 49 feature-length films, 59 documentaries and 54 international films.
